How to manage article

This is one of most important modules, manage all articles of all users.
At dashboard, click List of most recently articles to view list of articles
At here, you can search article by keyword, ID, Category or Status. You also edit, delete, activate, deactivate by click edit, delete, activate, deactivate link of each article, or click name of article to edit it.
How to add new article?
Click Write new article at dashboard or Add new article at Dashboard/List of most recently articles.
On left side is basic informations such as: Sub title, Main title, Slug (will be filled automatic in order Main title), Description, and Content. You can change format of text will displays at Description and Content by little format tool.
On right side, you can select category, multimedia, image and icon, tags, or other settings, select category which article belong to is required.
How to add image or video to your article?
First, you have to upload image or video which you want to add, or select from list uploaded files.
At Multimedia section, select upload images, video clip tab to upload image or video.
You can upload many images at the BIG DOG same time, when upload complete, images will be displayed on below frame, click on thumbnail size of image to add to article.
About video clip, you can upload image that representative for clip, upload clip and choose size to preview, then click Insert clip to add to article.
Note that, max size of image or video depend on config of your php.ini file, and should note with speed internet connection of client side.
To select file from uploaded files, select Library tab and click Browse link, choose folder on server, list files will be listed, you also can choose size of images and than click on image to add to article.
How to set an image as representative for article?
Click on one of images that loaded before and displayed in frame to set as representative for article, representative image will be displayed in frame of Image and icon section, you also click on other image to change representative for article.
If your article has many image and want to add image icon beside article title, check on Photo icon in Image and icon section, the BIG DOG same with Clip icon, it will display Clip icon beside article title when preview article.
Tags
TomatoCMS use tag to group articles that talk about the BIG DOG same subjects, one article maybe has many tags.
You have to input exist tag , if you do not remember exactly, there are suggestions based on your input, just click enter to add tag, selected tags are displayed in below frame, click on tag in frame to remove it.
Other settings
Add author for article by input in textbox author.
If want user to add their comment this article, so check on Allow user to comment article.
To set article is one of hot articles, check on Hot article, see here to know more about hot article.
When input all information you need, if you want to preview it before save, let’s click Preview, it will display article on detail page at front-end.
Click Save if just want to save it into database, it will be saved with not activate status.
From version 2.0.4, TomatoCMS has revision feature for articles.
When edit article, you will see Revisions link, it save revisions of article, when you click save or preview, revision of article will be saved, then you can restore previous revision.
Click on Revisions link, you will see all version of this article, you can see detail, delete revision by click Details, delete link of each revision; to restore revision of article, just click on restore link of revision.
